Wireless Effects incorporates a monitoring configuration with our proprietary software, and monitors your installed system 24/7. Most of the components of your system are checked by our monitoring center at least 100 times a day to insure the proper operation of your system.

Many times our service personal are dispatched, calling the clients facility and even on-site before the client knows there is a problem. Firmware and software upgrades are installed, and many parameters are checked continuously through out the day.
